About me

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at Computer Science and Engineering at UCSD, working with Rose Yu.

Prior joining UCSD, I finished my Ph.D. in the Computer Science at UCLA, co-advised by Prof. Chenfanfu Jiang and Prof. Demetri Terzopoulos. My PhD works mainly focused on numerical solutions and machine learning approaches to Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), particularly for computational solid and fluid dynamics.

Research Interest

My interest lies in scientific machine learning and engineering applications, for example surrogate modeling for multi-physics systems, inverse problems, and control problems. I am particularly interested at broadening the ML approaches generalization ability in this field.

I will be looking for tenural track positions for the coming two years. I am also very open to colloboration opportunities.
